Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a senior manager with a track record for delivering large and complex technology projects at a global scale. The ideal candidate would have a solid foundation in hands-on software development and design, with progression into managerial roles with project delivery focus. To be successful in this role, the candidate would require a balance of deep technical knowledge and strong project delivery expertise. This role requires interaction with senior business and IT partners around the world. This role would require management of multiple concurrent teams and projects. This role would have multiple direct reports, including full time employees, contractors, individual contributors and managers, and this role will be responsible for attracting, retaining and growing talent. In this role, the candidate would also have to manage vendors, including contract negotiations, and project delivery.



Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • Strong record of success in delivering large and complex technology projects of global scale
  • Over 8 years of experience building and managing teams that design and deliver software
  • Over 8 years of experience managing projects, deliveries, budgets, and cross functional and matrixed teams
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience designing and building enterprise grade software that are customer facing, and involve web, mobile and other channels
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience



  • Experience with leading delivery of international projects
  • Experience with loosely coupled, highly scalable, geographically distributed applications run in containerized cloud environment
  •  Experience with industry standard commercial and open source technologies required to build a web scale system, such as, CDN, containers, web servers, application servers, SQL and NoSQL databases, distributed cache, message brokers, and cloud providers
