Role Value Proposition: 

 

The Director of Global Technology Services IT Optimization team serves an integral part of aligning strategy to daily operational goals by partnering with the Senior Leadership, Project managers, engineers, business analyst and developers to manage and analyze the Global Technology and Operations (GTO) IT billing and expenses. This role will serve as PMO Director with focus into IT financial management, accrual and billing process management, change management, and building and encouraging strong relationships with project and resource management teams.

 

 

    

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Manages 3-4 direct reports with core focus on talent management, coaching and team building as well as international support res

  • Create and implement financial management and business management processes as it relates to IT expenses managed.

  • Drive standardization of accrual and billing operations across GT and CDO portfolios.

  • Build strong relationships with GTO internal and external partner organizations to help drive change and efficiency.

  • Drive application development billing analysis to align with strategic and tactical decision making of portfolio variances for cost savings, risks, and opportunities related to IT expenses.

 

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

 

Required:

  • 7-10 years of finance, business management, project management experience

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or Finance

  • Advanced change management and operational manager

  • Strong team builder able to standardize operations while coaching and building talent.
