Role Value Proposition: 

This role directs the operational, technical and continuous improvement activities associated with the Change Management process within global infrastructure technology service operations, ensuring best practice process while supporting organization and Company goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs, the operational and technical activities associated with the change management process with an enterprise wide scope
  • Directs the development and implementation of policies, processes and procedures to insure effective change management in a complex IT environment
  • Direct efforts to ensure Change Policy supports and controls all change domains
  • Ensure all change domains operate within a consistent set of guiding principles
  • Own cross-domain issues throughout the Enterprise such as change freezes, collision management and non-compliance impact.
  • Interacts with Senior Management to resolve Change Management related issues and meet Business priorities
  • Ensure Senior Management is provided with change management reporting re: compliance, activity and failure.
  • Direct activities related to regulatory and Audit compliance and ensure controls are operating properly
  • Has overall responsibility for performance management and expense planning

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Strong experience with full people management responsibilities, including hiring, firing, promotion, performance and compensation management and training and development.
  • Minimum 10+ years related experience with 5+ in management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop productive relationships with client and IT management, staff and vendors.
  • Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, and partnership-building skills
  • Ability to lead in a matrix organization and deal with many outside organizations (vendors, etc.)
  • In-depth experience with ITIL processes supporting change management

 

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior managers in a global firm
  • Experience working in a technology environment
  • Broad knowledge of technology system processes, reporting functions, and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree
