Director, Identity & Access Technology - Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
IAM Services Director

Summary:
As the IAM Director you will be reporting to the AVP of Global Identity & Access Technology in Global Network and Security Technologies; Leading the architecture, design, development, and product ownership of global Active Directory, Azure AD environments and processes. The position will interact directly with the other Engineering and SRE Teams, Security Engineering Architecture, application developers, other infrastructure architects, cloud providers, as well as other system groups to gather technical requirements, resolve complex technical issues, implement enterprise, and hybrid cloud-based authentication solutions for workforce IAM.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD services e.g. AD Domain Services, Azure AD Connect, GPOs, AD Certificate Services, MFA, SSO
* Good knowledge of AD Integration, synchronization and federation with Azure, Azure AD, PAM (e.g. CyberArk) as well as Windows Server OS
* Good knowledge of Zero Trust principles as well as Active Directory and Azure AD security best practices
* Knowledge of implementing Active Directory and Azure AD at enterprise scale
* Knowledge of designing and implementing policies around Delegated Administration for managing Group Policy Objects, Servers, Devices, and Services
* Experienced in Active Directory and Azure AD incident and problem management
* Experience leading project initiatives, effectively communicating requirements, and delegating project tasks as needed
* Ability to define project scopes, timelines, and efficiently advance projects from start to finish
* Ability to be an on-call escalation point for production support if our SRE team calls for complex incidents
* Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including teamwork/collaboration, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting

* Strong drive for continuous improvement and building defensible, resilient infrastructure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good presentation skills
