As part of the Global Marketing Technology organization, this position will play a critical role in eliciting and defining requirements for digital capability initiatives within the organization.  In this role, you will participate the software delivery lifecycle, identify technology feature sets, and collaboratively lead all efforts related to requirements creation and the development effort to meet those requirements.  With a focus on delivery excellence and rapid innovation, you will be at the forefront of technology enablement as we enhance our global digital marketing strategy. 

    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Act as a primary SME liaison between business users, other Business Solution Analysts and AD/QA project team(s).
  • Gathers, reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs as well as manage user expectations, changes to requirements and project scope. 
  • Involved in planning and estimating BSA effort on the project.
  • Participates in fit/gap analysis of functional requirements.
  • Facilitate requirements walkthroughs and test case reviews. 
  • Respond to Dev and Test team ambiguity review questions.
  • Lead functional documentation design (use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes).
  • Work closely with Project Manager, architects, developers, Test team, business users/BAs and applicable outside entities (vendors and others).
  • Contribute to development of user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate.
  • Works with Project Manager to ensure compliance to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Has ongoing interaction with senior management.

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

 

Required:

  • 3-5+ year business systems analysis experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of analytical experience
  • Background in Project Management lifecycle and artifacts
  • Create business analyst artifacts
  • Experience as a lead/mentor

 

Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape with an ability to articulate and navigate the breadth of solutions and partners in this field. Preferred technologies include Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, SalesForce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience in a Global organization managing across time zones
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in vendor relationships and negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global environment with matrix organizational management.
  • Communications and presentation master, with the ability to gain wide consensus and advance change at all levels of the organization.
