Role Value Proposition: 

This position will provide effective and efficient communication on IT Risk Management topics by enabling the IT Risk Finding process, tracking audit issues, and directly supporting the IT Risk & Security Chief of Staff. This role will monitor the IT Risk Finding process and provide guidance to those creating and those affected by Risk Findings, a diverse group of stakeholders from across the Enterprise. Additionally, this position has the responsibility for supporting the Chief of Staff by interacting with IT, senior leadership, and business representatives to collect feedback, facilitate meetings, manage department status reporting, and follow up on action items.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the IT Risk Finding process and provide guidance to users
  • Track and report on management of open IT risks (both audit issues and IT Risk Findings)
  • Oversee reporting of monthly IT Risk & Security metrics
  • Plan and help to run department meetings, including weekly staff meetings, quarterly town halls, and annual offsite
  • Assemble centralized documentation of financial and project planning among 8 ITRS sub-teams; collect and report ongoing team updates


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT Security, IT Audit, or IT Risk
  • Familiarity with IT risk and its concepts
  • Comfort managing large tracking lists and following up on action items
  • Superb communication skills at all levels of organization, both in e-mail and in person
  • Ability to organize and distill incoming requests to facilitate coordinated team response
  • Ability to manage competing responsibilities and reprioritize as circumstances change
