Role Value Proposition: 

This position is responsible for overall coordination, reporting and analysis of enterprise and LOB portfolio and/or projects and will be supporting senior management within our global infrastructure technology service operations group.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with enterprise and/or LOB standards as it relates to financial, project management, and administrative processes.
  • Work with data analytics team to gather, synthesize and present requested information to establish standards and report discrepancies.
  • Works with internal business groups on process improvement to create efficiencies and achieve optimal results.
  • Facilitates working relationships between various enterprise teams/organizations.
  • Under minimal supervision, provides detailed and complex data analysis and trending and provides recommendations to management
  • Consults with business partners to determine data reporting, analysis, and timing needs for current and future planning; develops and implements reporting deliverables and timeline for each assigned case

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Ensures compliance with enterprise and/or LOB standards as it relates to financial, project management, and administrative processes.
  • Gathers, synthesizes and presents requested information to establish standards and report discrepancies.
  • Works with internal business groups on process improvement to create efficiencies and achieve optimal results.
  • Facilitates working relationships between various enterprise teams/organizations.
  • High collaboration and team focus, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Customer-centric orientation focused on anticipating & meeting needs
  • Proven proficiency in delivering reports to key stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting senior managers in a global firm
  • Experience working in a technology environment
  • Broad knowledge of technology system processes, reporting functions, and methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ITIL certification / training and / or significant ITSM background
