Solution Train Engineer

We are looking for a new Solution Train Engineer to join the Digital Systems & Solution Engineering team of our Center of Excellence in Buenos Aires. 

What you will do in this role…  

• Lead and coach agile teams across multiple LATAM countries as part of a regional distributed model 

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on solution architecture and design 

• Coordinate and align 5+ agile teams on large, complex initiatives using scaled frameworks like SAFe 

• Manage end-to-end regional solution delivery encompassing requirements, design, development, testing 

• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and transformation initiatives 

• Engage closely with diverse business and technology partners and stakeholders 

To help you succeed, you need to have…  

• Expert knowledge in implementing agile frameworks like SAFe at an enterprise level 

• Hands-on expertise in technical architecture, design, and system engineering 

• Proven experience delivering solutions in a regional distributed team environment 

• Strong program management abilities including budgeting, resourcing, and communications 

• Skills in leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders 

• Motivation to continuously improve solution delivery using modern engineering best practices 

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.  

• Motivation to learn and apply new technology concepts and the “art of possible”. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with multiple business and tech partners.  

• Fluency in oral and written Spanish language.  Advanced written and minimum of B1 or B2 level in oral English language. 

And it will be a plus if you have… 

• Familiarity with InsurTech domain and digital transformation trends within the LatAm region.
