We are now looking for a new Senior Learning Partner to join the HR team and understand and address business’ learning needs of our Center of Excellence in Argentina.

 

What you will do in this role…

  • Oversees the L&D delivery cycle from strategy to execution, leverages multiple resources and works with different partners including BPO Provider and 3rd party vendors 
  • In partnership with regional team, oversees L&D finances and budgets for the respective LoB(s)/Country(s)/Function(s)
  • Design LoB-specific program framework (scoping, delivery model, concepts), including pre/post communications, and marketing, sponsorship, and engagement expectations; leverage GP to design/ develop learner-centric, measurable solution
  • Consult with client leaders on learning strategy and how to increase learning impact
  • Analyzes regional and local business metrics and KPI’s to understand and act upon business trends
  • Organize and/or participate in relevant learning councils
  • Coordinate collaboration and delivery of learning solutions to ensure alignment with learning plan
  • Be a team member on projects that require coordination and business insight between client(s) and CoE resources. 
  • Complete required consulting process tools and templates thoroughly and ensure they meet the standards of excellence outlined by the governance model
  • Maintain a deep and holistic understanding of the business and advanced consulting skills
  • Partner across L&D to leverage best practices and increase effectiveness and impact

 


To help you succeed, you need to have…

 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
  • Proven experience in Learning & Development areas, and preferably in regional or multi-country projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority 
  • A flexible and adaptable profile, with strong attention to details and good planning, organization and prioritization skills. 
  • Strong monitoring and reporting skills 
  • Fluent level both in English and Spanish (Portuguese will be a plus!) 
  • Knowledge in agile & Design Thinking methodologies
