  • Works independently and manages large scale projects and initiatives delivering in an Agile methodology including but not limited to reporting, governance, financial management, risk management, execution, schedule management and stakeholder management
  • Drive complete Agile routines such as but exhaustive e.g. Program increment and iteration level planning, standups, retrospectives, demonstrations, etc.
  • Help the product owners and scrum team(s) to meet objectives and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Create reports and provide actionable metrics to the team and management.
  • Partner with key teams across the organization to eliminate impediments.
  • Actively manage interdependencies between dependent teams. Anticipate and address or escalate potential or actual impediments to team delivery.
  • Identifies resources needed, assembles project team, assigns individual responsibilities
  • Drive and lead benefit analysis, tracking, reporting and reviews for in-scope initiatives; Create and maintain documentation and training needs as well as track and report on agile team metrics, escalating issues as needed
  • Helps the team(s) embrace Agile values, adopt and apply Agile principles, and implement Agile practices.
  • Facilitate transparency and a continuous learning mindset, daily standups, iteration reviews, retrospectives, and iteration planning ceremonies to ensure full team engagement and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Release Train Engineers and actively manage interdependencies between dependent teams and Anticipate and address potential or actual impediments to team delivery (cultural barriers, logistic challenges).
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to support short and long-term release planning, while maintaining a healthy team backlog ready for execution.
  • Coach teams through the exploration and adoption of agile engineering practice (e.g., test automation, CI/CD, Agile Architecture)


To help you succeed, you need to have…

  • 8+ years of relevant work or project experience 7 – 10 years in a corporate IT environment preferably in insurance/financial/healthcare industry working in Analytics domain/team
  • 3 + years as a Scrum Master for preferably for data programs
  • Expertise in multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams simultaneously
  • Knowledge and use of industry standard tools, e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira.
  • Ability to identify risks to project success and recommend course of action to prevent risk from negatively impacting the project; Effectively recognize when to escalate issues and options to senior management for resolution
  • Strong communication skills to lead interactions with business and technology leaders
  • Strong networking ability to communicate & interact with diverse talent and an attitude to thrive in a fun fast paced startup like environment
  • Strong communication skills, Negotiation skills, influencing skills, collaborative mindset, ‘getting things’ done mindset
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycle management (DevOps and CI/CD).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment


 And it will be a plus if you…

  • Scrum Master and/or SAFe certified
