Finance Actuary, Annuities Lead

We are looking for a new Finance Actuary, Annuities Lead to join Retirement and Income Solutions (RIS) CFO team of our Center of Excellence in Argentina.

What you will do in this role…

• Produce financial projections/budgets/results for business.
• Analyze and endorse, with key stakeholders, ledger actuals.
• Analyze various financial measures such as profitability, mortality, sales & other metrics under GAAP, STAT & stress scenarios.
• Communicate financial results with partners across the enterprise, especially RIS business.
• Provide finance support for key initiatives for Annuities business.

To help you succeed, you need to have…

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or another field of expertise.
• 5 + yrs. financial experience in a public or private company environment with proven ability to apply or provide complex technical knowledge or advice.
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ability to write SQL scripts and macros. 

And it will be a plus if you…

• Have Life Insurance industry experience; and knowledge of the business, products and services.
• Have an actuarial designation.
• Experience in Data management/data science skills, with working knowledge of Anaplan, SQL, Alteryx, Access Database, ADVANCED Excel, Oracle, Database Management.
• Demonstrate effective written and oral communications and business acumen with all parties to consulting relationships.
