Role Value Proposition:


The Latam Lead for Digital Marketing will be responsible for supporting Latin America markets with digital strategy, best practices, and through leveraging the tools and programs from the global team. 


He/She will need to be an inspiring leader and highly effective manager, with the ability to work closely and gain support and trust of a wide range of individuals and teams. He/she will ensure content, digital marketing, and channel management are bound together seamlessly.  


This important leadership role will set the vision for best-in-class digital across a wide number of markets across Latin America. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and actively manage digital strategy for brand channels to be a best in class point of engagement for customers and employees.
  • Oversee global strategy of social channels and lead regional approach for social channels on Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter and others to deliver on brand and marketing strategy. This includes community management of each channel, editorial content and analytics. 
  • Lead digital marketers, content strategists, and SEO experts; effectively manage and grow talent, developing clear development and succession paths.
  • Lead and unify the Regional Digital Community to drive business impact, develop a clear operational model to deliver consistent and best in class digital programs globally.
  • Consult on in-country implementation of content and digital strategies that leverage the brand and experience design best practices.
  • Partner with global marketing, technology, product, servicing and in market leaders to develop, test, launch and scale digital best practices.
  • Foster and develop strong agency relationships to build a network of world class external partners.


Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 7-10 years of digital experience that spans content, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Experience as a respected global leader in multichannel content creation including digital marketing. This person may not have managed a digital marketing team, but will be knowledgeable and conversant in digital marketing strategy and approaches.
  • Deep experience creating digital platforms and custom messaging strategies for a diverse audience.
  • Strategic skills with deep expertise in digital marketing, web and social channels, SEO, and content development. He/she will ensure content, digital marketing, and channel management are bound together seamlessly.
