You’ll be joining a business that is expanding, cares about the community and the environment. On top of your base salary and commission, you will get a 9% pension as standard, increasing to 13% company max contribution (plus your 4% = a 17% pension). Role Value Proposition:


Exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual looking for a customer facing role in Employee Benefits. The Associate Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting Client Relationship Managers and Senior Client Relationship Managers in delivering an outstanding customer experience to brokers and policyholders resulting in enhanced new business sales and retention outcomes. Expect to be supporting throughout the customer lifecycle, with such things as preparation of information and materials to support sales presentations, propositional updates, onboarding new schemes, communications, performance reporting and issue resolution.


The Associate Client Relationship Manager will engage across all internal business functions. The Associate Client Relationship Manager will liaison with brokers, policyholders and MetLife’s external partners. This role will provide career progression toward CRM/Sales support position.


Essential Business Experience

  • Relevant experience gained from a similar client supporting role
  • Current or prior experience working in a Business-to-Business environment
  • Practical exposure of working in a sales environment within a regulated sector
