Summary: Provide information and help resolve user problems regarding department systems. Acts as liaisons between the business and IT personnel to support the unit’s technology needs; represent user area in all system enhancements and design activities. Review user requests, conduct data gathering interviews, document business specifications, and manage technology projects until completion. Are knowledgeable in business processes and systems infrastructure rather than applied technology.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees all aspects of small projects and/or phases of larger projects. Determines general requirements to address moderately complex business needs. Responsible for overseeing relationships with small to medium sized vendors, act as internal point of contact for issues.

 

Skills and Competencies: Moderate knowledge of supported business functions, processes/procedures, workflow, systems, and transactions. Strong customer service. Advanced teamwork/cooperation.

 

Experience and Education: 3-4 years, BA, Years leading people/projects - 1-2.
