The Project Manager will support the Group Benefits Marketing Team with the development, analysis and tracking of the annual marketing plan, project plans and Group Benefits work flow between Customer Marketing, Customer Solutions, Customer Deliver and our business and marketing partners. The role requires attention to detail, project management essentials, experience with multi-level reporting and key stakeholders to influence and guide the Governance Process.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Group Benefits governance process and actively support the annual marketing planning process, including consolidation of Group Benefits business unit goals, priorities and strategies as input into the process
  • Lead and manage processes for the analysis and prioritization of marketing initiatives within the Group Benefits marketing portfolio
  • Support project and annual budget planning
  • Engage Group Benefits Marketing and Business leaders to define milestones and metrics that measure the impact of marketing programs
  • Act as a liaison between the various Operations, Financial Planning and Strategy functions within the Group Benefits Marketing and Business Segments
  • Prepare and manage periodic reporting for US Marketing, Global Marketing and US Business
  • Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
  • Building strong working relationships with numerous people at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate a deep subject-matter and disciplinary competency


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 8+ years of professional experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Demonstrated the ability to influence key stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Excellent oral and written communications with strong planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and keep assignments on track
  • Experience adapting to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities



  • MBA or history of demonstrated Project Management
