Key Responsibilities:
- Works independently as a Lead Project Manager, implementing high-priority product development and process improvement projects in RIS and US Business.
- Defines, plans and meets project deadlines, drives team to meet deliverables and fully prioritizes project activities.
- Provides frequent verbal and written status reports to Executives of RIS and partner Lines of Business
- Identifies resource needs for large projects, assembling project teams and confirming individual responsibilities to team members.
- Interfaces with and manages internal RIS partners including Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, Call Center, Marketing and Information Technology; as well as external partners and vendors in order to integrate functional requirements and execute planned activities.
- Supports development of and adherence to standardized product development or process improvement implementation.
- Shares project management tools and methodologies and acts as a resource for others managing projects to improve their speed to market, operational efficiencies, and cost efficiencies. This includes a uniform product management process and checklist of steps.
- Supports projects post deployment (after introduction) to validate the assumptions, assess service delivery, and/or sales progress.

Education/Experience
Required:
- HS Diploma
Preferred (Highly):
- BS/BA degree with 8+ years of work or project experience and 5-7 years experience in managing projects.
- Hold a Project Management Certification (e.g. Certified Project Management Professions (PMP)) and continues to maintain the certification.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $84,500 to $110,000 . This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
