Role Value Proposition:    

The Senior Financial Consultant for Group Benefits Finance Data Management & Analytics is responsible for the day-to-day support of the Group Benefits sales data management and reporting activities and implementation of process efficiencies.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage 2nd Sales/Re-enrollment reporting
  • Manage sales processes not supported by existing MetLife systems
  • Support sales re-engineering, and ongoing enhancements, and assist with tools and reports development
  • Support day-to-day sales & compensation reporting process. 
  • Supports Distribution and Re-enrollment partners with ongoing sales reconciliation


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary
  • Experience extracting/manipulating data from SQL Server Environment utilizing reporting software
  • Advanced proficiency with Alteryx, Access Database, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Experience with VB code.
  • Ability to negotiate, articulate complex ideas, and summarize effectively
  • Experience efficiently managing large datasets
  • Experience translating business partner requirements into analytical results.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Group Benefits business knowledge.
