Role Value Proposition: 

The Senior Compliance Consultant leverages technical skills and business acumen to identify, collect, aggregate, cleanse, model, and report data to further compliance-oriented needs. The Senior Compliance Consultant partners with Compliance and other Enterprise resources to meet operational, risk, and oversight reporting needs including the development of key risk indicators (KRI), supervisory tools, and dashboard reports. On an ongoing basis, the Senior Compliance Consultant reassesses the availability of data to address emerging risks and trends.

The position requires a technical backgrounds and/or expertise with data management, SQL server technologies, data analytics, and report preparation. The incumbent must have experience managing numerous projects and priorities in a dynamic environment


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Lead research, data analytics, predictive modeling, and/or business analytics projects with indirect team management responsibilities.
  • Builds or manages advanced statistical and data analytics.
  • Utilizes business intelligence tools to provide requested reports/dashboards
  • Supports team and project initiatives in an individual contributor and subject matter expert capacity (e.g., data acquisition, report design and development, business analytics, project management).
  • Works independently on complex data gathering, checking, manipulation, and analysis tasks.
  • Handles and resolves questions and issues referred by junior associates or business partners.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


 Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Master’s degree in a technical field and at least 4 years of related work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 8 plus years.
  • Strong working knowledge of an advanced data mining.
  • Strong working knowledge of a data migration tools.
  • Strong oral and written skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and follow through on completion of complex, high profile projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, technical and functional expertise.
