The Role: Reporting VP GSCO Strategy & Planning, this dynamic position the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business planning function. This role will be engaged in strategic planning and executive reporting activities for the organization. This role collaborates with a global senior leadership team to execute action plans, manage operational results and develop executive reporting and related communication.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting and assembling data and information from global sources; summarizing and compiling for senior leaders
  • Preparing materials for SLT meetings
  • Planning and executing global site visits for the EVP, coordinating with local, on-site resources. This activity includes, but is not limited to, preparing pre-reads, itineraries and briefings, coordinating schedules to accommodate key meetings, preparing meeting materials, and planning town halls, dinners and networking receptions
  • Completing various administrative functions to support the business including maintaining and distributing the monthly planning calendar
  • Executing key initiatives, including supporting business resiliency, ILM and vendor management
  • Coordinating complex and highly-visible events


Candidate Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of successful work experience
  • High School dipoloma or advanced degree (required)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Moderate knowledge of business operations, planning, budgeting, re-engineering, and performance measures is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of company and department operations preferred
