The Product Owner (PO) for the Sales, Underwriting and Compensation Production Triage (Support) Team is responsible for triaging production support incidents and ticket requests. You provide complete visibility into incident triage progress, impacts to the business, timelines for resolution and root cause analysis to Business and IT Partners. You prioritize a backlog of items that will improve the stability and efficiency of the production applications, and process improvements to reduce production incidents. You use metrics and the Kanban method to manage the flow of work.

You create a shared understanding and clarity to increase confidence in the resolution of reported issues and provide the team with a clear view of their priorities.

This is a critical role with significant accountability to build and manage relationships and responsibilities across the team of agile teams and within your team.  POs work closely with the Scrum Master, team members, Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to create viable and sustainable plans. They constantly seek feedback from multiple stakeholders incorporating the feedback into their plans.


Knowledge/Skills/Competencies  - Desired:

Strong knowledge of the supported business functions, systems, and processes.

Highly interactive along with good analytical capabilities to evaluate results

Knowledge of SAFe Agile Kanban Model along with experience in testing role and tasks

Knowledge of Azure, Jira or similar requirements tools

Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar Incident management tools.

Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
