Role Value Proposition: 

The Client Executive- SBR administers and services nonqualified executive and corporate owned life insurance plans for assigned clients and is responsible for building and nurturing strong business relationships with top brokers. This role strives to provide long-term commitment to quality service and client satisfaction and works with assigned clients to provide 'one stop shopping' that develops superior relationships to increase competitive advantages, retain assets, and accelerate business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:    

  • Administers and services plans that include Collateral Assignment Split Dollar, Endorsement Split Dollar, Bonus, PPVL, BOLI, Deferred Compensation, Directors Charitable, SERPS, and Keyman provisions for larger groups of clients.
  • Provides proactive case management to ensure retention of assets for assigned cases.
  • Enhances client and broker relationships.
  • Oversees new case implementation.
  • Develops customized communication material for corporate customers.
  • Reviews and interprets plan documents.
  • Assist with death claim processing.
  • Continues education on product and plan designs and on taxation of life insurance.
  • Acts as liaison between external brokers, corporations, and various internal departments.
  • Provides ongoing policy service.
  • Reconciles premium payments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or required

 

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant business experience
  • FINRA Series 6 license required within six months of hire
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting functions
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Independent mindset with ability to partner with team to manage customer relationships and satisfaction.
     

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
  • Self-motivated to learn more about the business and is proactive in personal development
