Role Value Proposition: 

Implementation of all onboarding activities for new and existing MetLife National Accounts group customers and products.  Reviews sold plans and project timelines with Sales to identify any non-standard provisions or services that may impact cost or MetLife’s ability to meet/exceed customer expectations. Partner with business units including Sales, Administration, I.T., and other administrative business units to ensure that implementations are delivered consistently, timely, and of high quality. Review and execute all legal documents, and prepare and finalize a project plan. Conduct weekly or periodic status meetings with Internal Departments, Customers, and Intermediaries to review progress and resolve issues. May be responsible for systems-related issues associated with new plan installations and conversions. Act as liaison between organization’s technology and plan administration staff during and possibly after the conversion process. Build interfaces between the organization’s recordkeeping systems and the sponsor’s payroll systems. Define programming specifications for special client requests. Implement the changes and coordinate systems processing during the installation process. Supports over 5,000 lives.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Perform moderately complex pre-Implementation processing tasks.
  • Assists in coordinating responses to day-to-day client service requests during the installation and conversion process. May participate in sales presentations, and/or consult on plan design and administrative services.  Documents finalized plan design and communicates to the implementation team.
  • Responsible for system setup for Customer’s plans.
  • Identifies implementation-related problems and helps resolve issues.
  • Transfers cases to the appropriate administration group once implementation is complete
  • Conducts weekly or periodic status meetings with various parties to review progress and resolve issues.
  • Works on moderately complex projects
