Role Value Proposition: 

Provides administrative support and customer service support to account teams in National Accounts.  Works directly with the account team and other internal partners to assist in managing customer projects.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Order office supplies, research ad hoc supply requests, own inventory tracking for supplies, as well as provide support for office building and mailroom projects.

 

  • Assist with troubleshooting software, hardware, phone, and printer issues. Conduct or schedule training sessions for new software, hardware, phone system and printers for associates.

 

  • Assist w/coordination of desk moves and computer/phone set up for new associates

 

  • Assists with preparation for customer meetings and benefit fairs.  This includes binding stewardship presentations, ordering benefit fair supplies/materials, inputting all benefit fair requests, and making sure all materials arrive on time.

 

  • Works on special customer projects.  Assists the account teams on an "as needed" basis with tasks as requested by customers such as creation of benefit plan summaries, eligibility updates, mail merges, administering surveys, etc.

 

  • Assists with planning events taking place in the office such as customer/broker audits, leadership meetings and town halls.  This includes room reservations and set up, ordering food and other materials, and coordinating with attendees for travel or other assistance needed.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 3 year of equivalent business experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Competencies: Interpersonal Skills, verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, sound business judgment, computer skills, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Intermediate skill level desired
  • Knowledge of MetLife systems including CDF, MetFac2, MetLink, etc.
  • Highly organized, able to wear multiple hats, and accomplish a multitude of tasks in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with a self-motivated drive to accomplish
