Role Value Proposition: 

This position is responsible for leading the Implementation team responsible for leading the team through the onboarding process New and Add coverages to National Account Customers.    This position also has broad strategic and tactical responsibilities such as: managing implementation process improvements including strategic initiatives for Group Benefits Operations.  This position is also responsible for working to build strong relationships with Customers and Internal Partners.


Functional Responsibilities: 


  • Leads a team which coordinates National Account implementation-related activities throughout the organization including Sales, Administration, IT, etc.
  • Coordinates Implementations efforts when both Core and Voluntary coverage are involved
  • Conducts periodic meetings with Business partners to review implementations were delivered consistently, timely, and accurately according to the documented business process.   
  • Owns end to end delivery of the implementation process
  • Develops process lead times based on product mix and complexity 
  • Participates in client meetings and internal meetings as necessary. 
  • Development of Team and Individuals metrics
  • Monitoring of Monthly Scorecard and necessary action plans based on team’s performance
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required.


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



  • High School diploma; 5+ yrs. related business experience
  • Strong negotiation and influence skills
  • Previous people management experience
  • Ability to build and sustain internal and external relations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
