Works with account team to manage customer relationships and satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for the day-to-day administration of multiple Regional Customers, responding to client requests, providing alternative solutions and acting as a liaison between the client and internal MetLife teams (including Third Party Administrators)
  • Provides exceptional customer service to ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction, coordinating and facilitating client meetings and preparation of materials
  • Participates in client account audits and strategic planning process, partners on implementation of new coverages/clients, reviews contract documents, ensures accurate data in MetLife systems, and assists in facilitating execution of contracts to ensure compliance
  • Participates in cross-functional project teams, maintains awareness and knowledge of MetLife’s and competitors’ products and trends
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritizes deadlines appropriately.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High school diploma required


  • Firm knowledge of group products, services and systems and ability to apply analytical skills to the interaction of these products, services and systems
  • Ability to balance client expectations with MetLife capabilities.
  • General understanding of U.S. economy and employee benefits industry.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
  • College Diploma
