The successful Senior Client Service Associate is a member of the Private Capital Client Service Operations team within MIM. The highly motivated professional has primary responsibility for support of the Middle Market Private Capital (“MMPC”) group, completing, managing, and resolving reconciliations, oversight of fund administrators, ensure seamless coordination with custodian banks, and quarterly client reviews. The professional will have management responsibilities, including over MIM’s offshore service partners, coverage of a breadth of asset classes, and manage vendor relationships and responsibilities, including fund administrators and service providers.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Reconcile and manage oversight for cash and position reconciliations
  • Manage operational aspects of MMPC deal flow from origination through settlement
  • Produce and deliver timely and accurate client reports for MIM’s MMPC funds
  • Effectively answer ad-hoc and/or follow-up questions from clients, investors, and internal partners
  • Lead the client onboarding, offboarding, and change management process
  • Lead projects to achieve efficiencies and improve existing processes
  • Oversee service provider and vendor relationships (eg Harmonic, BNY Mellon, State Street Bank, et al)


Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:


  • 6-10 years relevant experience in Financial Services or Investment Management industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated record of success in servicing institutional clients or funds
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Experience with Aladdin required
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Capable of thriving in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with mezzanine debt, private placement debt, and bank loans required



  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Vermilion
