Role Value Proposition: 


We are seeking an immediate need for an Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The BSA will assists in the liaison activities between the technology and business areas. Applies technology and business knowledge and experience to articulate business and technology requirements. Works with clients on activities of moderate complexity; consults with clients and senior technology personnel to explain solutions and close out gaps.


What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for developing correspondence related requirements for multiple lines of business
  • Performs work using existing standards, methodologies & processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other.
  • Completes data mapping and UI requirements.
  • Develops test plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm design requirements.
  • Prepares, develops and conducts clients and systems training.
  • Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.
  • Assists in determining data and systems requirements and the development of system specifications.
  • Able to contribute to development on Quadient Inspire systems where needed, and ability to understand code, and analyze bugs/issues.


  • Understanding of Email tools and technologies
  • Solid understanding of marketing concepts
  • MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.


Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1- 2 years of related experience in requirements gathering and/or Quadient development.
  • Knowledge of SAFE Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of Quadient Inspire/Quadient Digital Advantage Suite
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development is a plus
  • Proficient with Business Intelligence tools
