Product Director - Dental

Role Value Proposition: 

This role is responsible for driving Dental Sales growth in a defined territory by supporting the sales team as well as the broader organization in those product areas across a defined territory. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sales Opportunity Support
• Best-in-class training (internal and external) support
• Serve as key contact with Dental consultants and brokers
• Subject matter expertise and competitive intelligence for Dental product
• Enhance partnerships by building, growing and maintaining relationships with sales partners, intermediaries and peers
• Support promotion of positive culture within assigned product vertical and the COE
• Ensure compliance with policy guidelines and adherence to assigned budgets, as applicable, including 30 day expense reimbursement submissions
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

• Firm knowledge of group products, services and systems
• 8-10+ years of Dental experience
• Strong knowledge of competitors and industry best practices
  Key relationships with brokers and consultants
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated to learn more about the business and is proactive in personal development
• Ability to create strong internal and external partnerships
• Life and Health License in all States

Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree preferred; Advanced Degree a plus
• Extensive industry knowledge spanning cross-functional partners’ areas (Underwriting, Claims, Sales Process, etc…)
