Job Description:


  • Drive strategic projects or programs in view of project management through close cooperation with the project leader
  • Provide appropriate guidance to the project team members based on the understanding of the strategy of the company or business unit and contribute to the achievement of the project objectives by bringing out the team abilities
  • As a project manager, expected values are as follows;

-Planning ; Carry out planning of the idea for driving the projects by selecting the important information

-Coordination : Execution of wide range of projects, cooperate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders in order to achieve project objectives / goals

-Execution : Report the status to key / senior stakeholders, manage issues / risks and provide the resolution

  • As a team manager, be a good model for the members and foster the member’s ability





  • Project management experience of large sized project with / over JPY 500M budget, based on the project management methodology such as PMBOK or Prince 2: More than once
  • Experience in Agile / Hybrid Project Management will be an added advantage :  More than once
  • Project management experience of the project which covers both IT and business areas: More than 5-years
  • Experience in financial / insurance industry or experience of projects which the financial / insurance companies are the customer: More than 3-years
  • Business experience in ae multinational team: More than 3-years


  • Skills for Microsoft Excel, Word, Powe Point


  • System development project management skills / experience
  • Knowledge of project management method or tool (eg. SAFe, Scrum master, JIRA)
  • Knowledge of life insurance business


  • College - graduate


  • Japanese: Business level, English: Business level
