Position Summary

 

This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting & BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy.  The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Perform data modeling activity (Logical, Physical) using data modeling tool – CA Erwin Data Modeler
  • Experience in SQL scripting
  • Gather, understand & analyze business requirements accurately.
  • Partnering with other teams to understand data needs & translating it into effective data models.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to provide domain-based solutions.
  • Experience in implementing industry data modeling standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in data modeling

Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.

 

Experience

(In Years)

6-8 Years

 

Technical Skills

  • Logical/Physical Modeling using Erwin Data Modeler
  • Expertise on SQL language
  • Experience in Agile framework
  • Knowledge and experience on Service Now, AzDo
