	Position Summary
	This position is located within the Analytics and Business Intelligence group, which provides actionable and advanced reporting & BI reporting solutions to support MetLife Business operations and strategy. The incumbent would work as part of this team to support the projects in traditional BI tools.
	Job Responsibilities
	Perform data modeling activity (Logical, Physical) using data modeling tool – CA Erwin Data Modeler Experience in SQL scripting Gather, understand & analyze business requirements accurately. Partnering with other teams to understand data needs & translating it into effective data models. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to provide domain-based solutions. Experience in implementing industry data modeling standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in data modeling
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education		Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) or diploma with a minimum of 15 years of education.
Experience (In Years)		6-8 Years
Technical Skills		Logical/Physical Modeling using Erwin Data Modeler Expertise on SQL language Experience in Agile framework Knowledge and experience on Service Now, AzDo
