In the Global Leadership Development Program, your trajectory starts by aligning your talents with high-profile roles. If you are still completing your degree, your 8 week internship will take place in the region in which you are hired. As a full-time member of our program, you will spend three 18 month rotations in two of our three global regions.

Whether you join us as a full-time hire or an intern, right from the start, you’ll gain experience delivering real results with opportunities for rotations across multiple functions, which may include strategy, marketing, operations, and product development. You’ll be assigned a mentor and receive coaching from senior leaders, along with in-depth trainings.

Upon completion of this program, successful candidates will be prepared for P&L responsibility. You'll help drive strategies in an ever-changing business, expand our operations in emerging and growth markets, and strengthen our brand across the globe. Associates through this program can look forward to having exposure to executive level managers and will be trained to become the next generation of leaders for MetLife. One thing is certain, the experience you gain from this program will be critical as you help drive the future of the business, both at home and abroad.
  • Recent MBA degree from one of the top international/local business schools
  • 3-5 years of relevant business experience in areas such as marketing, strategy, finance, operations, consulting and sales
  • Inspired leadership with global perspective
